Does someone need to be present to sign for wine deliveries?

Yes, federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.

How do you ensure the quality of the wine during transit?

We use temperature-controlled packaging and may hold shipments during extreme heat or cold waves to ensure your wine arrives in perfect condition.

What is your return policy for food and beverage products?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on wine or perishable food items. However, if your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Which states do you currently ship to?

We currently ship to most states within the US, excluding Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Utah due to local alcohol compliance laws.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date.

Are your wines vegan-friendly?

Many of our wines are produced using vegan-friendly methods. Please check the specific product descriptions or contact our sommelier team for a full list of wines made without animal-derived fining agents.
